I spent the morning touring homes I could potentially be buying very soon. Such a scary and exciting prospect. My parents and a family friend drove up to tour with me, and their input was incredibly helpful. The final decision will be mine though. I know which house is in the lead, and I will be meeting with my realtor Monday to look at comps and probably make an offer. This is the part I will hate -- making an offer and then waiting, hoping I didn't insult the seller. I'm trying not to stress out about everything. That's why I think I'll spend the rest of the afternoon on the couch, with this view out my window, reading a light book.
