It's OK Thursday

Its Ok Thursdays

It's OK ...

... to skip a day of working out.
I'm so sore from Total Body Burn on Tuesday and Zumba last night.
I think my body needs a break.

... to wish for a healthier version of Muddy Buddies/Puppy Chow.
I can't control myself with it.
That stuff tastes so good, but I know it's not good for me.

... to listen to the new Eric Hutchinson and Jason Mraz albums over and over again.
They're so good!!
Favorite tracks?
Hutchinson - "Watching You Watch Him," "Breakdown More" and "Talk is Cheap."
Mraz - "I Won't Give Up," "I Never Knew You" and "5/6."
Can't wait to take them in the car for my next road trip.

... to be excited about getting a tweet from Eric Hutchinson.
I tweeted about his album and he said, "Thanks for listening!"
Simple, but it made me giddy.

... to wonder if being single forever isn't the best option for me.
Seriously, dating sucks, and I don't think I'm cut out for it.
And sometimes I watch my friends in relationships and wonder if it's worth it.
Plus, I like my alone time.
Not sure I want to give that up.

... to have emotional reactions to TV shows.
"Biggest Loser" made me furious the other night.
All of the contestants threw a fit about a twist in the game, and two left.
I guess they forgot it's the season of no excuses.
Also, "Private Practice" made me bawl like a baby.

... to do laundry and house cleaning during the week, so the weekend can be lazy.
I have Zumba Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.
I plan on lots of lounging otherwise.

What's OK with you?
Go tell Amber and Neely.

  2. I saw on Billboard that Jason Mraz's CD has a chance of being his first #1. I am a true music idiot like I said yesterday but since you music gurus love him I am going to take your word on it.
I feel the same way you do...sore everywhere. Some of these classes are like torture. I like them because they challenge you but I pay for them all week.

  5. I got SO MAD at Biggest Loser this week!!!!!!! And of all the people, WHY DIDN'T CONDA GO HOME? We will never be rid of her!!!

Ugh, I was so mad at that. I mean, just last season, Ramon came back and took a spot in the finals in the very last week. They always bring contestants back, and it was in their contracts that it was going to happen! So stupid. I can't believe them. No excuses, my ass.
