Thirty-two

Two of my all-time favorite athletes wear #32.

So I'm hoping that number brings me luck in the coming year as well.

That's right --
today is my birthday!

At the exact moment of this publishing,
I have been on Earth for 32 years.

When I was younger and pictured my life at 32,
it wasn't at all what I'm living now.

And I'm starting to realize that's a good thing.

I'm blessed with
good health,
great friends,
an awesome family,
a job I like,
hobbies that fill my time and heart,
and
a sense of who I am and who I want to be.

I couldn't ask for much more.
