What I'm Loving Wednesday

My mind is all kinds of busy this week.  So many thoughts.  So many different directions to take those thoughts.  It's wrecking havoc on my sleep and my ability to simply relax.  And I can't even really write about it because ... it's not for public consumption.

    I have to remind myself about "slow progress" all the time when it comes to my running. Some day I'll get to where I want to be.

    And the "Douchebag Apocalypse"....That. Is. Awesome!
