It's OK ...
... that I've started taking notes about characters in the new novel I'm writing.
Sometimes I get going and forget little details about them.
Consistency is key, and going back and searching is hard.
Hopefully notes will help me from creating confusion.

... to wish I could start Christmas shopping.
But my family might be doing a no-gift Christmas (which you can read about here).
So, there's really no point in shopping.
Boo. That's my favorite part.
\\\\////
... to have completely ridiculous facebook conversations.
I wish I could share screenshots, but they're private for a reason.
If you've been in on one -- thank you.
They totally make my day.
\\\\////
... to be a little weirded out by No Shave November.
It makes every man think he should have a moustache or beard.
Some guys look good with facial hair.
Others should not try it. Ever.
\\\\////
... that I broke out the Christmas tunes last week.
I couldn't hold out anymore.
I needed holiday joy in my ears.
It was great house cleaning music.
\\\\////
... that I bought Cards Against Humanity and am dying to play it.
I think I'll take it home with me for Thanksgiving.
A little wine and a game described as "A party game for horrible people."
Who's coming over?
\\\\////
... that I'm completely obsessed with this kid.
Can I have a kid like this?
Please?
\\\\////

What's OK with you?
OMG, that kid. It would be so adorable with *just* the singing, or *just* the dancing, or *just* the outfit. BUT NO, he goes for all three, and that just made my day!
ReplyDeleteI'm telling myself Black Friday is absolutely not necessary this year. I have no one to shop for...my husband buys himself whatever gifts he wants, we're going to be on a beach for the holiday season, and just going home to see family is gift enough for them. Let's hope I don't get caught up in the craze by next week!
