5 for Five

Let's see how I did with last week's goals, shall we?

Cook dinner for my host at least once.
I made low carb penne with Laughing Cow alfredo and roasted broccoli.
Almost as good as the Philly cheese steak stuffed peppers she made for me.

Get in at least two workouts.
I got in a really good workout on Tuesday, but that was it.
I do get a lot more walking in now at my new job though, so there's that. 

Buy myself something nice or sweet on Thursday.
I bought myself a cupcake.
And ate two that day.  WW points? Who cares?!

Finish reading "The Happiness Project."
I didn't read as much last week as I thought I would have.
So, I have two chapters left.

Set up the Cupid Swap link-up.
Hosting a link-up has a lot of responsibilities attached.
I received a great package though, so it was worth it.

And, now, for the week ahead
...

Get in at least two workouts.
Hopefully my temporary roommate will be up for this.
I need to make sure I still fit in my work clothes.

Take my lunch to work at least four of the five days.
The building I work in has a cafeteria, and I'm curious to try it.
But to save money, I'll take my lunch more days than not.  

Finish "The Happiness Project."
I'm so close to being done.
And as much as I love it, I'm ready to move on to something else.

Set up my voicemail at work.
I've been putting this off because it is my least favorite thing to do.
But I might start receiving phone calls soon, so I should probably get on this.  

Start packing up the house.
I'm not moving for a while, but I figure I might as well start.
It'll make it easier when I am ready.

  1. Walking more (even at work) is still really good for you. Have you seen the treadmill desks? I think it would be so cool to get one of those!

  2. I know what a pain packing can be. If I was closer, I'd help out!!

    I'm ready to move so I can start working out again. I haven't really worked out since December. It's going to be so painful!!
