Dear Internet ... I'm glad you're cheap, but I wish you weren't quite so slow. Watching my HuluPlus on my Wii is a battle, and downloading Microsoft Office will apparently take five hours. Sigh. Saving money, saving money, saving money.
Dear Scratch Cupcakes ... Why are you so good? I have a hard time saying "no." I want to try ALL THE FLAVORS. I won't even tell you how many I've had so far. Okay, so it's ten. I think. Maybe more? See the problem!!! But we have to slow down a little. Maybe two a month. Maybe.
Dear old house ... Why are you so far away? I left some things there that I need, and I really don't want to make the two-and-a-half-hour drive. But it sounds like I'm going to have to if I want my stuff. Sigh.
Dear "Reached" ... I swear I will finish reading you at some point. My progress has been slowed by moving and baseball and writing and other things. But I promise I will pick you up soon and get through the second half.
Dear Texas Rangers ... Thank you so much for returning to my life. Our first night together this year was a little rough, but you've gotten better. As a tenured fan, I understand there will be ups and downs this season. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm hoping for more ups than downs. Please be a good boyfriend this year.
Dear everyone ... Please learn the different between "lose" and "loose" before I LOSE my mind. Lose = opposite of win or gain. Loose = opposite of tight. It's not that hard. And while you're at it, work on your/you're and there/their/they're. Just saying.
Dear BodyPump and Zumba ... I'm so glad we're together. Zumba is an old friend I missed more than I realized. BodyPump is a new friend I can't wait to get to know better. You've both helped me feel a lot better, inside and out. Let's keep this relationship going.
Dear weekend ... I'm so ready to be in you. It looks like some good weather is on the way too. Is 60 degrees too cold for a patio beer? I feel like it's not. Either way, beer is happening.
Happy Friday everyone!
Lol, I hate when people get lose/loose wrong. Sometimes I have to think about it tho. Same with breath/breathe. :)
ReplyDeleteI wish I could do Zumba. I always just feel silly, I'm not coordinated.
i hate when people put the wrong you're/your (and seriously ur means you should not have graduated high school) and their/they're/there.
ReplyDeletep.s. reached was good!
