Music Monday: Jess Glynne - "Don't Be So Hard On Yourself"

I've heard Jess Glynne's radio hits ("Rather Be" and "Hold My Hand") and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Her voice is distinct and both songs are very upbeat and hopeful. Then last week, I heard her on the Elvis Duran show (they're my morning favorites) and she performed this song. It spoke to me. Deeply.  I was having a day/week when I was too into my own head. I am my own worst critic and judge. When I heard this song, it just hit me as a message I needed to hear. And I immediately bought her album. I have already decided I will see her live when the opportunity comes. She's just fantastic.
