Weekly Reads, Vol. 58

I don't have to work at all this weekend. But I have plenty of obligations. They're all fun, of course (because that's what I do), but I'm fairly certain I'll wish for more downtime when it's all done.

Anyhow, there were some fabulous posts around the blog world this week. Check them out!

There are some people we encounter with regularity, yet we don't really know them. Steph at Life According to Steph penned a little tribute to some of these unknowns, and I love it.  I may do a similar post in the future.

I've given a lot of thought to how I present myself on my blog ... and online in general. Taylor at The Daily Tay offers her own thoughts on online personas in her distinct writing style. It's definitely something worth thinking more about.

If running is among your new year's resolutions, check out these tips for beginning runners at Run Eat Repeat.

A new season of "The Bachelor" has begun. Ben is still sweet and almost too boring for for TV, but the producers have made sure to inject some entertainment with his contestants. Sheaffer at Pinterest Told Me To has a great recap of the season premiere and I'm looking forward to more over the next few months.

I know lots of people doing fitness, health, or reading challenges for the new year. Amy at A Balancing Act is taking up her goals in the kitchen. I might actually join her as I know I need to get more creative with my cooking as well.

Karen at A Peek At Karen's World offered her list of the 31 Best TV Shows of All-Time. That's an intimidating feat. I don't know if I could do this. Go look at her selections and see if you agree or disagree.
