Can’t Seem to Find a Smile

I can’t seem to find a smile

No matter how hard I try

I’ve gone the usual route

Hoping to pull myself out

But I feel like I might cry

I can’t seem to find a smile

And the reasons are unclear

I’m not quite myself

Nothing seems to help

But I remain close to tears

I can’t seem to find a smile

So it’s best if I hide away

This feeling will soon leave

I just have to believe

And tomorrow is another day
