This is going to seem like a completely shameless promotion. It's not meant to be, but I could see where people might perceive it that way. The truth is that I found an extra copy of the first book I wrote.
I penned it the summer of 2002, while I was still searching for my first job. This book served as an outlet for my creativity and I published it about a year later. My second novel, "A Promise Worth Breaking" was published in 2005. My third book is still in the works, as you are probably aware.
So if you'd like to own a copy (plus a $10 gift card to your book distributor of choice), all you have to do is leave me a comment about something you're looking forward to in 2012. I'll announce the winner on New Year's Eve, so you have until 10 p.m. on Dec. 30 to enter.
I hope everyone is having a blessed and fantastic Christmas weekend.
I love this!! Im looking forward to my new job which will allow me to a. Be happier and b. Spend more time with my family while going completely outside my comfort zone and growing as a person. :)

I love the new year because it always feels like a new start. I'm looking forward to making over my body with new lifestyle choices. This is my year to make my life healthier. I'm also looking forward to being in my cousin's wedding in August. The thing I'm looking forward to the most though is possibly trying a 5k. I really want to push myself into trying new things and I think this will be a major accomplishment for me!
