Music Monday: Songs for a hopeless romantic

If you know me at all or have been reading this blog for any length of time, you know I'm a hopeless romantic.  Emphasis on the hopeless part.  I've never been in what I would call a serious relationship, and I am not even going to tell you what year it was the last time I was on a date.  Yep, that's definitely hopeless. 

Try as I might, somehow I cannot give up on the idea of finding someone.  I get so frustrated sometimes that I just want to hide away for the rest of my life and adopt more cats.  Yet I haven't fully subscribed to the idea that all men are clueless jerks (because I know too many good ones who prove otherwise).  I just don't know where to find one for me.

Sigh.

Everyone keeps telling me it happens when you least expect it, and that there's someone for everyone.  But I don't believe either of those statements.   Sorry, but I don't.
