It's OK ...
... that my parents are always the first people I call in times of stress.
No matter how old I get, I feel like that will always be the case.
Calling them crying when they're hours away probably doesn't do much for them.
But, as this Rascal Flatts song says - sometimes you just need a little home.

... to be really excited for my brother starting his new job.
Monday was his first day, and I'm so happy for him.
He's smart and hard working, and I know he'll do great.
I'm anxious to see how he handles that shaving policy though. Ha!

... that even though I love Adam Levine, I cannot watch "American Horror Story."
Scary movies/shows/books and my imagination are not a good mix.
For some reason, I can watch crime dramas and "Ghost Adventures" without trouble.
But traditional horror entertainment ... well, it's not entertainment for me.

... to start setting reading goals for 2013 already.
I'm behind on my goals for this year, so I really have no business getting ahead.
But ... I've definitely decided to add some non-fiction to next year's roster.
Broaden my horizons and all, you know?

... that I was lucky to even find this many things to be OK about this week.
Without going into detail, let's just say it's been a bad one.
I know things will get better even if I can't see it right now.
