5 for Five

Let's see how I did with last week's goals, shall we?
Mail my Cupid Swap package.

Finished shopping on Monday.
Sent on Wednesday.

Go to the library for an audiobook or two.

I ended up with a Jennifer Crusie book and a John Grisham selection.
I can't wait.

Plan outfits for next week.
This was kind of fun, even if my pieces are kind of limited.
Looks like I'm going to be testing my creativity in the next few weeks.

Visit Anytime Fitness.
I got the basic information, but I'm not sure I can spend the start-up money right now.
I'll have to get creative with my workouts too, I guess.

Schedule blog posts for next week.

I tried to do a few a day, but my computer was plotting against me.

And then it DIED on Friday, so I have very few scheduled.  Oops!

Like a boss.

And, now, for the week ahead
Cook dinner for my host at least once.
I'm staying with a college friend this week, so I want to earn my stay a little
Plus, I really enjoy cooking for other people.

Get in at least two workouts.
Hopefully my host will be up for this.
I need to make sure I still fit in my work clothes. Ha.

Buy myself something nice or sweet on Thursday.
Valentine's Day isn't just for romantic love.
I love myself, so ... I can be my own Valentine.

Finish reading "The Happiness Project."
I haven't breezed through it like I do others, but it's not really that kind of book.
Still, I need to finish it soon so I can move on to another.

Set up the Cupid Swap link-up.
I think this might be delayed beyond 2/14, since I won't get my package til Saturday.
But I'm sure my participants won't mind.

What are your goals for the week?

Link up with Jenn and Jessica and share!

  1. Saturday sounds good for the cupid swap box link up! i'll be off work V-day and i'm sure everyone will post about theres on saturday anyways! lol and yes it is okay to be your own valentine. =) have a great week!
    p.s.sorry about your computer! -_-

  2. GIRL! You rocked it this week! I'm excited for you! Great goals for the week ahead, too! I think that my favorite is buying yourself something nice/doing something nice for yourself on Thursday. I'm planning to do the same thing- even if it gets postponed until Friday (pay day!). I know you'll have another awesome week! Thanks for linking up, Micah! Have a great week!

  3. I agree that The Happiness Project is almost a book that you want to study, not just read. I felt like I needed to take notes, but I really (really) enjoyed it!
