What I'm Loving Wednesday

Linking up with Jamie

I'm loving ...

... my fitness routine.
I have worked out more in the past two weeks than I did in the month prior.
And I feel absolutely amazing.
I truly think I forgot how good I feel - mentally and physically - when I'm active.

\\\\////

... the start of the Rangers' season.
They've won three straight series.
With the exception of the first game, they've looked really good.
I hope they can keep it up for a while.

\\\\////

... that I was asked to beta read for a friend and fellow writer, Caryn Rose.
I loved her first two books, and I also enjoy her musings on Twitter.
I was honored when she asked me to beta read her new project.
I can't disclose the topic or title, but I am excited to dig into it.

\\\\////

... how busy my social schedule has become.
I have something going on every weekend for the next two months.
At some point, I may have to learn to say "no."
But right now, I'm enjoying it.

\\\\////

... that I'm planning a trip to go see my Rangers this summer.
I wasn't sure I was going to get to do this, but I think I can make it work.
St. Louis is the chosen destination, which means another ballpark to cross off my list.
And I get to enjoy a few games with some other Rangers fans. Awesome.

\\\\////

... that I was in bed before eleven last night.
I've been pulling some late nights lately thanks to sports.
But last night, as soon as the Rangers' game was over, I quickly did my blog and tucked myself in.
I love sleep, and I could use more of it.

\\\\////

... my new office eye candy.
I've seen him a few times since I started, and I always enjoy it.
I don't know his name and don't really intend to find out. It's just for fun.
But he kind of resembles Chris Evans, so I'm calling him Captain America.

What are you loving this week?

  1. Dude, if you could sneak a picture of this eye candy, that would be awesome! I love Chris Evans!! :) I wish we had eye candy here...

After five straight days at the Ballpark, I'm excited about being able to go home and get to bed early. :)

  2. I loooove having "work crushes," someone who you think is super cute! I advise not to talk to him, 'cuz it's way more fun to imagine what he's like in your head! ;)
