I was still adjusting to a new work schedule, trying to finish writing a novel, and navigating a pretty busy social schedule. I let fitness drop in my priorities, and I'm not happy about that. My clothes aren't either (they're a little tighter than I'd like them to be).
I'm ready to change. I'm ready to make my health and fitness a priority again.

:: No pop. At all.
I had quit drinking soda for a long time, but I've slipped back into it. No more.
:: Eat at home.
Going out to eat is expensive and I rarely make good choices. Time to do more cooking at home. I will only go out to eat when it's a social situation.
:: Twenty workouts.
I think this is more than doable.
:: Track on MyFitnessPal every day.
Even on the "bad" days.
:: Seventy miles.
Running. Biking. Zumba. Elliptical. Walking. They'll all count.
I'll let you know on Oct. 31 how I fared.
Anyone want to be my accountability buddy?
