I've seen a few other bloggers (namely Manda) talk about The Daily Burn, so I decided to check it out. Signing up was easy -- name, age, weight, and goal weight. Then I answered a few questions about my workout background and preferences. To reach my goal, it told me I needed to work out six days a week for three months. I can do that. Especially since the workouts are fairly short -- I chose 30 minutes, but there are also options for 15 minutes and one hour. Seriously, if I can't find 30 minutes in my day, I should probably ask my couch and Netflix for a break.
Here's my upcoming month of workouts:
I've only done a few days, but so far, this program seems to be a win! I figure I can even add these onto my gym sessions for a little extra burn. It was certainly a great option this week when other plans kept me from my favorite classes but didn't occupy my whole evening.
And here's the equipment you need. I have most of it and can improvise with the ones I don't have.

Oh, and cost? The first month is free and after that it's only $10 a month, which I don't think is too bad.
What are your favorite at-home workout tools and guides?

I was a little bit lighter on workouts this week thanks to some social engagements. I just can't say "no" to hanging out with friends in favor of working out. Sorry I'm not sorry about that.
