What I'm Loving Wednesday 5/18
I'm loving ...
... the Harry Potter-themed painting I did over the weekend at Pinot's Palette. I'm definitely not an artist, but I seem to do OK when people walk me through the steps.
... that I got to have dinner and drinks with my friend, Danielle, last night. I don't get to see her often and we had a lot of catching up to do.
... these three songs. Completely obsessed with them.
... FaceTime. I converted from a Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone a few weeks ago. I'm still getting used to where everything is, but so far I like it. My best friend and I video chat each month, and other video chat software has been failing us for months. FaceTime is solid.
... this wine someone shared with me recently. I'm not a huge fan of Dave Matthews (he helped create this wine -- the cork even has song lyrics), and I don't usually like chardonnay, but this was really good.
... that my designer sent me the first draft of my book cover last night. You guys, I am so close to having this book ready to reveal and put out there. It's exciting!
... the Date Yourself Challenge I'm currently working through. It's been really fun, empowering, and thought-provoking for me. It also inspired me to buy myself these beautiful flowers, which I've been enjoying.
What are you loving right now?

I'm loving that it's Wednesday, and I get to go out of town to a wedding on Friday! I'm also very excited for your new book! :)
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait for your new book, even though I've read it. Lol. Let me know as soon as I can buy it. Next time you are in town, you have to sign my books for me. I forgot to have you sign Riffs of Regret the last year! And I LOVE your painting!!
ReplyDeleteIt's kind of nice to find someone else who doesn't love Dave Matthews. I've never liked his music.
ReplyDeleteI should buy myself flowers more often.
I LOVE that painting!!!!
