One trainer is returning from last year, and we have a new trainer. I've taken a few classes with her, and I really like her. She's tough, but her workouts are good.
They also added an two additional time slots for classes this year.
Last year the afternoon class was really full, so I'm hoping this will ease some of the congestion. I'm doing the 4:15 class because I get off work at 4 p.m. That's just enough time to change and get to the fitness room. I won't have time to hesitate. And I'll still be home by 5 p.m. WIN!
We had orientation the other day, and here's what this year's program looks like:
I'm already a bit sad they took away the yoga on Fridays. But now that I'm doing the Yoga with Adriene Revolution for the month of January, I think I can work it in on my own.
The next eight weeks are going to be a challenge, but I'm ready for it.
