Saturday's snapshot -- The Great Indoors

I love love love my lazy Saturdays, although I really haven't had many truly lazy ones.  Today, I slept in (definition: waking up without an alarm, regardless of hour), had a quick breakfast then set out on some errands and treated myself to lunch. I picked up some great finds for my house as I'm starting to put the place together.  I'm really not very good at hanging stuff on the walls -- meaning I can't envision where I want things or what should go up.  Also, I'm trying to transition away from the "college look" and into something more sophisticated but still me.  It's been a battle, but I have a few things up and a few things in my head that I need to actually do.  I still have a long ways to go, but I think it'll be a fun process.   While I hung stuff up, Cleo sat and looked out the screen door.  She loves watching the birds and action outside.

I'm done with the work for today though.  I'm going to sit and enjoy an evening of baseball --- Beavers (my college team currently playing in their first ever College World Series) on my computer; I listened to the Rangers win on my smartphone; I had the Twins/Angels on my TV and now they've been replaced by the Mariners/Yankees. Talk about multi-tasking --- but it's my favorite kind.
