It's OK Thursday

Its Ok Thursdays

It's OK ...

... to love the characters in my novel so much that I named a spotify playlist for them.
I filled it with songs that seem to fit the story I've been so diligently writing on.
I love it, so I don't care if anyone else does.

... to have an ice cream sundae at a work function and later go do Zumba.
They cancel each other out, right?

... to not be mad that I won't reach my Opening Day weight-loss goal.
I'm getting closer.
I'll take that as a win.

... to be really excited about meeting some fellow Rangers fans during Opening Weekend.
Twitter has introduced me to some really fun people.
I can't wait to meet them in person.

... that the only person I ever really talk to on the phone is my mom.
I mostly text with everyone else.

... to hate it when my face breaks out.
These blemishes better go away before next week.

... to miss all my TV shows that are on hiatus until April.
Why can't they take turns taking breaks?
My DVR would appreciate that.

... that I've listened to the new Tyrone Wells album at least fifteen times since Tuesday.
I'm seriously in love with it.

... to embarrass my little brother on facebook by posting a kid pic of him.
And I'll share it here too, just to cover all my bases.
Today is his 28th birthday!
Have a good one, Chappy!

  1. I really understand how amazing it is to meet people who share the baseball passion with you. I never had that until I met some of my Tweeps. It has been amazing. :)

  2. Actually the "taking turns taking breaks" would be AMAZING and probably would boost ratings all around ... you should write a letter to TV stations or something :)

  3. In my mind, I figure I might as well work out, because I'm gonna eat the cookies and/or ice cream whether I work out or not.
I think there's too many new shows that are trying to break out this time of year, so they stop the shows we already watch to get us hooked on new ones. I think this only ever worked for Grey's Anatomy.

  4. So I listened to Tyrone Wells because you have told us to... AND... I AM IN LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously. Amazing.

  5. yes, ice cream and zumba definitely cancel each other out ;)

  6. Hi Micah, just stopping by to say how delightful your blog is. Thanks so much for sharing. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris
