Music Monday: Curtis Peoples - "Afraid"

I took this video more than two years ago at a fun little music festival known as Hotel Carolina.  

I remember relating to this song back then, and, what do you know, it's still pretty poignant. 

And here's a second video of the same song -- a lyric one.  The sound might be a little clearer.

 "Afraid" was just released as a single, and I'm so excited to finally have a studio version of this song.

Curtis will be performing on "Last Call with Carson Daly" later tonight/early tomorrow.  

My DVR is set, and I cannot wait to see Curtis on my TV.
