I also own another set of numbers. Each Monday, as part of the 30 Day Cardio Challenge, we're supposed to do a baseline assessment. It's exhausting and really hard, but I'm proud of the small improvements I've made in my fitness.

See? It's not all about the scale.
Sometimes other numbers tell the real story.
And it's a reminder that I'm not competing with anyone but myself. My goal is not only to lose weight, but also to become stronger and more fit. I think I'm on my way there.

My February fitness challenge:
I really want to work on my thighs and booty.
I think this will do the trick!
\\\\////
Total weight-loss goal: 45 lbs.
This week's progress: +/- 0 lbs.
Progress to date: -33.2 lbs.Non-scale victory: Now that my employment situation has impoved, my moods have as well. Emotional health is just as important as physical health. And for me, they kind of go hand in hand.
So I might try that challenge in addition to the 3 minutes of planking per day. I wonder if our legs will be too muscular for our jeans by the end of it? lol
ReplyDeleteI love that you also kept track of these numbers. Weight is so easy to track, and a lot of times that's what people will call success. Great work!
