Last week's workouts
Friday: Another awesome 5-mile treadmill run!!
Saturday: Off.
Saturday: Off.
Sunday: 6 sweaty miles on the trail.
Monday: Off.
Tuesday: 5-mile trail run with running club
Wednesday: Off.
Thursday: 4 miles on the treadmill -- no easy feat after a 12-hour work day

haha! the one about the free banana...it's SO true. i remember i was running the tough mudder race and i said something like that "this sure is a lot of work for water and clif bars" LOL
ReplyDeleteI vote for C :) It's SO you, and I almost bought that the other day without realizing you had it on here lol.
ReplyDeleteAlso, you are doing SO great in your training!!! You are going to be more than ready for it. As it gets closer, don't psych yourself out--there will mostly likely be at least one thing that doesn't go as planned (the weather, the way you're feeling when you wake up, you'll have to stop to pee, etc.). If you focus on just running your best run and not pushing yourself too much, just be comfortable, then you'll do great!
