April fitness recap

I know the journey to getting in better shape is a slow and steady one.  And little goals along the way will help me reach my overall goal.  So I have fitness benchmarks I want to reach each month.


Goals
Work out 16 days a month.  Grade = C
I think I only worked out 10 times in April.

Strength training once a week.  Grade = D
I only got one strength workouts in.

Track my food each day.  Grade = C
I'm so spotty with this. I'll track for two days and then forget/slack off for five.

Non-scale victory = I did two races this month, including a new distance and a fantastic 5K time.

Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Monday: 2-mile outdoor run
Tuesday: Yoga at home
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 3-mile outdoor run

I have been really bad about setting a workout schedule and sticking to it.
