I'm just getting back into a fitness and health groove. I like looking for inspiration. Even humorous inspiration, so I thought I'd share some today.
Last week's workoutsFriday: Off
Saturday: 2-mile trail run + 1/2-mile walk (30 minutes)
Monday: FitFusion (60 minutes)
Wednesday: 2-mile lunch hour run + 1/2-mile walk (30 minutes)
Thursday: BodyPump (60 minutes) + 1.5 miles on the treadmill (20 minutes)
Wow. That week in workouts looks much better typed out than it did in my head. I'm proud of me!
